Bradley Scott Phillips is from Pensacola, Florida and has been in New Orleans for nearly 12 years. He attended Loyola University of New Orleans and graduated in 2006 with a double major in Philosophy and History. During his time in undergrad, Bradley was a law clerk for Whibbs, Whibbs, and Johnson, LLC working in the civil litigation claims department. Bradley always knew that he wanted to be an attorney and choose his former alma mater, Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans. While in law school, he interned at the New Orleans City Attorney's Office helping defend civil law suits, and personal injury claims against the city. Bradley received a rigorous education in criminal law, evidence, torts (personal injury), and code of civil procedure. He was selected to the Loyola Trial Advocacy Program and competed in Mock Trials throughout the country. In his final year of law school, Bradley coached several national award winning teams and was elected to the Executive Board. Bradley graduated in 2010 with a degree in Common Law as well as certificates in Civil Law and International Law.

During his final year of law school, Bradley participated as a Rule XX Student Attorney in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice in the criminal defense division. During his time in the program, Bradley defended several criminal defendants and even tried his first murder case before graduating law school.

Bradley was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2010 and has managed and maintained his own private practice since that time. He is very active in the legal community and is a member of numerous legal associations, including the Louisiana Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association and the National Association for Criminal Defense Attorneys. In addition, Bradley is heavily involved in community service and outreach and works closely with the Pro Bono Project of New Orleans helping indigent people in need of quality legal services. He is also a collaborative attorney with the Justice and Accountability Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low income families and prisoners who are reentering society. He also provides criminal defense representation to the residents of Eden House, who are victims of human and/or sex trafficking within the greater New Orleans area.

Since 2011, Bradley has represented over 350 clients, primarily in criminal defense and DWI/Traffic violations.

In 2015, Bradley was given the prestigious award of "Client's Choice" for legal representation from based on favorable client reviews and overall satisfaction.

Bradley has been married to Sarah since 2014, and they have two dogs at home. During his spare time, Bradley enjoys playing on a softball league, ice hockey and loves the outdoors, particularly when he can get away to Montana and ski.
